Sun Filled Spacious Room

Looking for a new roommate as my old one was discharged from the military and has moved out to go back home. I have a huge 2bd apartment, very large livingroom decent sized bathroom and a good sized kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. Your room will be fully furnished and even have an already installed AC as well as a small tv. I have two friendly dogs one is a female shih tzu the other a male shipoo. You would have full use of the apartment guest are ok so long as I'm given a heads up and please be respectful of my work hrs I work Mon to Fri 8:30-5. Overnight guest are ok but again within reason. Rent is $1,250 a month and we split the utilities. My previous roommate paid out the month of September so there's no need to pay anything to move in prior to 10/1.
