Bayridge room for rent

Looking for a cool/clean roommate to share apt with. The room is a nice size and will come unfurnished. It fits a queen bed, dresser, desk. and other small furniture. It also has a closet. The two rooms are on opposite sides of apt so you get privacy. You'd be sharing the bathroom/ kitchen/living room with me. (Currently have a living room full of boxes bc my sister is moving out but can send pics)

I'm easy going and friendly.

The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Supermarket and laundry right across the street. The R train is two blocks away and B9 just around the corner. Owls' head park is down the street as well as a nice pier on shore rd.
