Semi-furnished room in Bay Ridge

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to share our apartment. The room is available November 1st. We are LGBTQ friendly and have two cats. We can probably accommodate another cat, and dogs are not allowed.

The bedroom has a full-size bed (but if you have your own furniture, that's fine too). The room measures about 10x13 and has a closet. The living room is quite large, and we have a balcony. We're considering refurnishing our living room, so if you have furniture you'd like to bring, we can discuss. There's no laundry in the building, but there are laundromats nearby, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants. We're about a five minute walk from the R train.

My roommate and I are both freelance cartoonists. I work from home full-time, and my roommate has a part-time office job and works from home the rest of the time. Neither of us smoke or do drugs; We drink moderately. We're pretty quiet and clean. Utilities and internet are not included and come to around $80/month per person.
