The apartment has a full sized kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, oven, counter space. Plus a large living room.

Full sized bathroom with bath/shower.

Our ideal roommate would be someone also in their 20's who is financially reliable, cleans after themselves, does not invite many people over and shares in the responsibility of taking out the trash once a week.

WiFi split between four tenants is $12.50/per person monthly. Gas and electric range from $40-80/per person monthly, depending on usage/guests/weather.

Security deposit of $575 required and the monthly rent is $575.
