One Bedroom - Street Adjacent, Bay Ridge NYC

Medium sized bedroom on the far end of a large apartment with shared living/bath/kitchen in Bay Ridge NYC. Second floor of a building, above a store; currently no upstairs neighbors. Room is located on the opposite side of the apartment of the current two tenants, living room adjacent.

Current occupants are a grad student and a professional artist. Looking for a new roommate to take up our third room (previous roommate left to take care of a family member in hospice). Room is unfurnished, pictures are from previous roommate's attempts at advertising.

Relatively clean and quiet space, two blocks from grocery store, next door to a bodega with most things available.

Utilities (Power + Gas + Internet) generally averages out around 100 bucks a month per person.

Hopeful to get a person in by November. LGBTQ+ more than welcome. No pets due to allergies. Contact for meeting/set-up/more info. Masks required; if you're not taking our current pandemic seriously don't apply. I've lost too many people to entertain the bold or the foolish.
