Unfurnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom, second floor walk-up, minutes away from the Bay Ridge Avenue station available! There's a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen with the living room presently containing a single couch. There is a laundry room in the basement. Nearby there's a Superfresh, plenty of smaller shops to get most of your needs, pharmacies, a New York Sports Club, restaurants, and so forth. Pets can be discussed. The room is available immediately; ask if you want to see the place yourself.

I'm a guy, 37, quitting smoking, no plan to have any pets myself, and generally clean and pretty quiet though being able to talk to my roommate at least when necessary is a must. People who are generally good with preventing COVID are a must. The lease goes until March but shorter terms will be okay.

Smoking outside is okay but indoors is not. LGBTQ+ friendly, friendly to numbers, ND friendly. Couples and small gatherings are fine but not too many both during and after COVID. The room is 1065 + evenly splitting utilities and Internet for one person; for two we can discuss the split. First month needs to be paid immediately; when the landlord gets back with me we'll discuss everything unknown.
