Large room in a 4B 1B apartment

Big room with enough space to have a mini living room inside, fits a queen/full size bed and you have enough space to still move around, semi furnished, a lot of natural light and you have washer and dryer in the building.
It?s a first floor apartment in front of the street so it can get a lit noisy sometimes, if noise its something that bothers you or you?re a light sleeper I don?t recommend this place.

It?s nice and small for someone who it?s most of the time outside and needs a place to relax and sleep, small kitchen but good enough and same thing with the bathroom.
If you?re interested and want to get the place you?ll have to pay first month rent, security deposit and last month.

You?ll also have to take care of the utilities, meaning you?ll have to get an account for national grid, wifi, and conEd (all of the utilities where under my name so once I move out all of that is going to get canceled, it?s very easy to do)
