I created a private bedroom by closing off the living room with a wall and door. The space has a single bed and a comfy leather recliner. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and this space is suitable for someone that is respectful of sound, tidy, reliable and polite. You will need to be on time with rent or you will be evicted with no hesitation. I?m not really looking for a friend, just a roommate that will pay their share while we coexist with one another. Refrigerator is not aesthetically pleasing, but it works fine.

Bay Ridge is a cute friendly neighborhood and there is plenty of public transportation nearby. Tons of shopping near by. You will have your own set of keys to lock your bedroom.
