1 room available for rent in a 4 bedroom apartment in Bay Ridge, starting February 1, 2022 - Females only.

I am looking for a person to take over my roommate's room. We are looking for someone respectful, clean and nice. Preferably someone that doesn’t cook a lot. Please send us a short description of yourself.

Temp/Permanent accommodation available for 6 months starting February 1 (lease renewable). Rent controlled apartment.

Utilities are not included in the rent.
Utilities that you will have to pay for (equally split among 4 people): Gas, Electricity, and Internet. You will need to take a bill under your name.

Before moving in you will need to pay the security deposit and the first month's rent ($1150 + $543 = $1693).

The R train is a 5 minute walk away (25 minutes to NYU Tandon) while the N train is a few blocks further and the bus stops right outside the building.
There is a Deli right beneath the apartment. Grocery and laundromat right opposite from the building. Various other grocery stores and shopping stores are part of the neighborhood.
