Room (10' x 14') + living area in large 5 room apt

The room/bedroom is 10' x 14' (7' ceiling), There is also a living room which is 16' x 18' and which I never use so it is basically yours, the only time I use it is on my way to the balcony.
I'm an artist who makes my living from computer programming. I am very quiet, I even wear headphones when watching TV, I mostly stay in my room, one might even say I'm a recluse. Very light, considerate smoker, I only smoke outside. I occasionally foster cats so if you're allergic that may be a problem.

For some reason the ad states Total # rooms is 2 but there are 2 bedrooms a small room a large living room and kitchen.
