Looking for a sublet from august 1st onwards. You would just need to let me know one month in advance of moving out. In a shared 5 bedroom apartment in bay ridge. Super spacious kitchen. Shared bathroom with two other girls. There are a total of 4 girls already living here who are students or working, clean, quiet and respectful. Looking for someone who is keen on cleanliness, not loud, and respectful of others and their belongings. No smoking in the house but there is a rooftop. These are the best pictures I could get right now, but the apartment will be cleaned within this week and will be adding a sofa to the area where there is a mattress sitting. Only have a video of the room, there is no closet but there is a wooden wardrobe, and your welcome to add your own (as long as it causes no damages) There are sooo many restaurants close by, conscience stores, rite aid etc close by on a busy live street and laundry is on the same block. Extremely safe! Will also be splitting gas & electric with other 4 girls. Looking to rent AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! Lease starting August 1st
