Large Room for Rent in Bayridge

I’m moving out of my room to help out with a sick family member. I’m looking for someone to replace me. It is a large room that can easily fit a full size bed, dresser, and desk if working from home. The room has a window unit a/c. It can come slightly furnished as I won’t be able to take all of my stuff. There is no closet inside the room, but you can have the clothing rack shown in the picture and you’ll have a closet outside the room. Also I can leave the bed, otherwise I will need to throw it out.

The cost of the room is 800 per month + utilities which includes internet. Most months equal out to be between 920-950. There’s a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.

The current roommate you will be sharing the apartment with is super cool. I’ve been living here 3 years and have never had any issues. Current roommate is female, so will be looking for another female roommate.

Can move in as soon as Sept. 15th. I’m moving out on the 11th. But would love to get someone in here at least by Oct. 1st. This is a long term rental. At least until May 2022.
