Looking for a young female to takeover my half of the lease! There are many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Laundromat and grocery store is on the block so it’s super convenient. The living room is huge and has lots of natural lighting. My current room is large as well: fits a full bed, a desk, drawers, with extra space to sprawl out on the floor.
