$600 A Month / Including Utilities

UPDATED MOVE IN - AUG 16 - September 1st MOVE IN - beautiful Bay Ridge Brooklyn.
Rent is $450 and comes to around $600/540 each month with utilities. (Electric, Gas, Water, Internet, Once a week Apartment Cleaning) Looking for long-term minded, at least 6 months. First, last, and deposit required (including utilities) for a total of 1556.

The Room: 12 x 7 with lots of light, and closet. Room comes unfurnished. The wooden desk is foldable to the wall, but could also be removed if you wanted. A/C also available if wanted.

You do have to walk by the corner of another bedroom to enter, but that is totally separated by a privacy curtain, and there is no forced interaction. Happy to show more pics, as it’s difficult to describe. (have included pics here)

The Neighborhood: Half a block to the R train. Near lots of restaurants, bars, laundromats, supermarkets, and Rite Aid on the corner, open 7am to Midnight.

Us: We’re two men and a woman who are friendly and social. LGBTQ + friendly. Some of us are working from home currently, and most of us are in the arts. We are all vaccinated, and pretty low-key here. We don’t allow drugs here. Also please no pets, we love them but are allergic. Vaccinated candidates only. We are freelance artists and therefore can't work while sick so we take covid seriously and believe in transparency to keep us all healthy. We also have an immune-compromised roommate
