Large room, W/D in unit, LGBTQIA+ Household

Hello!

I'm renting out the other room in my 2Bed - 1 Bath apartment. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen W/D in unit! High Speed Internet. All utilities are included in the price ($1,300 + utilities per month) It's located on the 3rd floor of a walk up, there's 5 steps and an accessible ramp at the building's entrance.

*The photos show the room as it was furnished before, there's still a desk, mattress and a dresser or it could be unfurnished, if needed*

It's a no-smoking and no-shoes apartment, I have health issues and I'm immunocompromised. I'm tidy and like to maintain all my spaces clean and free of clutter. It's a pet-friendly building.

The neighbourhood is very nice, the building is right across Leif Ericson Park, great in spring and summer! There's a CitiBike station right across the street, it's a friendly and diverse neighbourhood. Lots of supermarkets, and an amazing variety of restaurants and cafés nearby.

Transportation access: 3 blocks to the nearest Subway station, "Bay Ridge Ave." R line (one station away from being able to transfer to an Express N), Express busses to Manhattan about 3 blocks away, easy access to the highway (20 min Uber to Lower Manhattan).

I'm Venezuelan, 38 y/o, queer/neurodivergent woman. I'm a freelancer Interpreter, so I work from home most of the time (would very much appreciate wearing headphones, I do too) I'm a pretty clean and organized person, I like my space to feel the same, I like to cook occasionally, and I'm quiet but friendly, I'm fully vaccinated and boosted and continue to take COVID precautions as I'm immunocompromised as well...
I tend to keep to myself but I'm very communicative about each other boundaries and levels of comfort as we will be sharing our living space. I don't bring anyone home and I'd appreciate someone who would respect that, we can discuss visits openly.
