Looking for a Roomate

I currently live in the building but I want to move to the basement apartment which includes access to an adorable backyard which is perfect for gatherings. The old tenants have vacated and the apt (freshened up, painting, basic work, etc.) will be done in about two weeks.
I have two bedrooms worth of furniture so if you are interested in using any of it you are welcome to it. If you have your own that is fine as well. I have a brand new sectional couch, dining room set and all of the kitchen necessities.
This will be a shared bathroom so I would appreciate a tidy roommate!!!

I am a working professional and also a student. I have a small, quiet friendly dog. I hang out at home mostly, quiet, I occasionally have visitors from out of town.

The landlord has expressed interest in keeping the apt available for me if I can find a roommate so if you are interested please let me know ASAP!!!!

I don't have pictures but we can schedule a meeting at a coffee house to see if we feel like we can get along.
