Room for rent in Brownstone.

Hello. I am looking to rent a room in my 3 bedroom brownstone in the bed-stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn. I am in recovery for 6plus years so ideally I am looking for someone who is either in recovery or who at least does not drink/drug. I also have a chocolate Labrador who is very friendly. So you must love dogs. Utilities are not included. Also there is a private backyard that is accessible only to the tenants of the first floor apartment.
