Two Male Social Roommates Looking for a Third

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath apartment in the historical Stuyvesant Heights neighborhood a few blocks from the A/C subway line. The apartment has hardwood floors with a large, bright living room and bedrooms. Unit is 1200 sq. feet and building offers laundry, a community room, backyard, private parking and a shared outdoor space. Lots of natural sunlight and nice view of the Manhattan. The apartment common spaces and kitchen are fully furnished with the exception of the tenant bedrooms. Heat and hot water are included.

Prefer a motivated, young, mature, clean, professional (no couples). Current roommates, myself and another are clean, courteous with long working schedules. We prefer a very comfortable and social living space where everyone contributes.

I work in music entertainment and am often gone for long periods of time, other roommate is a social worker with a pretty 9-5 schedule, occasionally gone on the weekends. We're pretty social people in the apartment but respect each others personal space and privacy.

Applicants need to provide positive references, proof of steady income and are subject to a background and credit check. Looking for long term, 12-month commitment. Looking forward to meeting!
