Brand New Bed-Stuy Apartment, HUGE room with bath!

Hello!

2 young professional females are looking for an great third and potentially 4th roomie!

0. 5 miles to C line Kingston, 0. 8 to Nostrand C and the G line. You can get into manhattan within 30 minutes. The area is Bedstuy, our street itself is super nice- its definitely an up and coming area as there are little coffee shops/restaurants popping up every few blocks. The apartment itself is really big- probably the largest we have ever lived in- really high ceilings, huge bay windows in the living room, etc. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- currently Amelia and I occupy the two middle sized rooms.

What we have available is the master bedroom/bathroom towards the back of the apartment. It is literally huge and has 4 large windows as well as a separate full bathroom. Because of its size and individual bathroom, the rent would be around 1250/month. Utilities are not included in rent, but between the three of us I can't imagine it being too expensive. The kitchen is incredible and we have about every cooking appliance known to mankind (occasional family dinners will be a thing!)

Amelia just graduated from GW (with Ruchi!), moved from DC and started a job as a speech language pathologist in an early intervention setting (children birth to three years old). I am originally from Cali but went to BU and lived in Boston for 7-8 years. I work for a start up called ivy. com
