The flat is semi-private(ish), Two(2)-room studio, shared with me, ! Filled with visual art, perfect as an alternative to couch-surfing, while you're looking for perm housing or just in town for a bit.

The two rooms / separate sleeping areas are divided by a privacy screen and averted eyes. we can certainly improve the space division with your ideas. Your space is more a private room, . I sleep in the front room / my work studio room & keep to myself. Like a little mouse. not a creep, very casual, nothing bothers me and I have so very little rules. Quiet home time to rock star partying. Casual nudityIt's all good.

*** RENT is $ 200per week payable in advance of each week a security deposit of $150 due to hold the space. Cash, PayPal or Google wallet is all acceptable. Receipts given with all payments keys given when move in.
included : electric, gas, WiFi, bed linens, towels and use of ad hoc items with in the apartment.

The total rent is non-refundable, or prorated.

Kitchen, bathroom and entry are shared.

Free WiFi including free access to WiFi hotspots throughout the city (just ask to be connected) and any of the books, art, magazines, and kitchen equipment.

Personal space is a commodity in NYC and I totally respect that. We can have as much interaction or as little as you desire. Trust I won't interfere or interrupt your down or (up)-time, unless invited to do so. I'm not too hung up on what we may or may not see on occassion. :)

Smoking ok can be in or out .Be gay friendly. no judgements to lifestyle.
about me: i work commercial projects for cash and fine art for mental health. I'm extremely easy to live with and require very little. Nothing bothers me and I'm not too hip on constraints or control. I keep to myself, Im generous and open with my home and my life. Like everyone, I love to hang out, go to parties and carry on when possible, however home is a respite and wouldnt hardly ever have unexpected guests over.
Everything is up for discussion and I'd love for you to try and make this your home as well.
