5 Month Sublet in Modern Bed-Stuy Brownstone

I'm looking for a short term sub-letter from September to January for my room in our recently renovated brownstone.

Here are the specs!
- Huge kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances.
- Large downstairs living space, smaller common area upstairs
- Huge backyard (great for entertaining)
- 2 full modern bathrooms
- Washer and Dryer in unit!
- Basement with storage space.
- 2 blocks from Myrtle-Broadway JMZ, close to Morgan L and Myrtle-Willoughby G
- 2 blocks from the grocery store
- Very close to cool bars/restaurants in the area (Bossa Nova Civic Club, Happy Fun Hideaway, Skytown, Little Skips etc..)
- Landlords are very nice and responsive. They're completely fine with subletting.

My room is a bit small, but perfect for one person, and it has a large window to the backyard. I'll leave behind any furniture you'd like to keep around.
