Two fully furnished rooms available in BedStuy

Hello,

I have two spacious rooms available in a three bedroom duplex apartment in BedStuy. One room is $950 per month and the other is $900 per month. All utilities are included - this includes cable with premium channels in the living room. First and last month are required, no security deposit. The arrangement is month to month but I would prefer someone who plans to stay at least the year.

The green room is $950. It is a bit bigger and has a half bathroom next to it. It's the only bedroom on the first floor. The purple room is $900.

Both rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk.

I am a young professional and I am looking for other young professionals to live with.

The apartment is about a 12 minute walk away from the Kingston-Troop A/C train, the Myrtle-Broadway J/M/Z and the Bedford-Nostrand G train. There are buses that get to each station in about 5 minutes and there is a Citibike on the corner. There is a laundromat down the block and a supermarket across the street.
