Shared furnished Room for rent

Hello,

We are looking for a roommate to share a room in a cozy 3 bedroom, newly renovated first floor brownstone apartment. Ideally this person will be involved with a 12 step recovery program. The room is partially private, I just have to walk through it to get to mine. The apartment has a private fenced in backyard and two private entrances. The room also has a full size bed and a huge closet. There is also storage in the basement. We have central air, and heating. We only pay for gas while electricity is included. We split the gas bill, as well as internet Hulu, and Netflix. We are around the corner from the C train and a few blocks from the A train. Sorry about the lack of pictures at the moment more will definitely follow. By the way my roommates name is Dan, and I'm Mary. We are both grad students. I work full time as well and make my recovery meetings. So it's a pretty busy but very chill household.
