Description
Our names are Traci (31/ Grad student) and Will (25/bartender/actor) and we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. If you are someone who likes friendly, respectful and upfront roommates then you're in luck! Contact me for a time/date you want to drop by and check us out :)
I did my best to show photos with the most detail but without distorting the dimensions. It isn't big, but it is big enough for a full sized bed with room for a dresser and bookshelf. A major plus is we have a washer and dryer in the apartment so you won't have to look for a laundromat. It over looks the backyard, and it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. We are pretty conveniently located. Grocery store around the corner. Coffee spot up a block. Two bus lines on the street over and behind, and the G/ J/ M are about a 10 min walk. The kitchen/living room is a combo but there is a top table and small sofa for seating/eating arrangements. The only thing we ask of each other is to clean up after yourself, and we take turns with trash and buying household supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Everything is pretty standard. The utilities range between $50- $70 depending on the time of year; we pay electric, gas (stove) and internet. I have a cat but she spends 90% of the time in my room.
You will need to sign a year lease, provide proof of income and a credit check. Also first, last and one month security. And you can reach out to management directly if you prefer; they are pretty quick to review the application process. I also have the .pdf if you are interested.
