- You will be taking over a lease with 5 months remaining - option to renew or sublet at any time
- The rent is $875 per month (utilities not included, usually run around $40/month)
- You will have 3 roommates (1 male and 2 female), young professionals who work M-F and are friendly and neat. We keep a pretty relaxed atmosphere in the house
- Your room is at the front of the house with two huge windows facing a quiet street
- Your room comfortably fits a queen bed
- The apartment is on the first floor of a building with 3 units
- Located at the corner of Bedford Ave and Willoughby
- Short walk to great food and bars (Fancy Nancy and Black Swan are my favorite!)
- Short walk to Bedford-Nostrand station (G)
- No pets unfortunately, sorry!
