Room in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn

I am renting a room for a very quiet professional who enjoys and maintains a clean and quiet apartment. Cleanliness is very important as well as consideration for a quiet environment. House rules include no loud music, no parties, entertaining in room, no extended stay guest, no couples, maintaining a clean bathroom/ kitchen. no leaving friends in the apartment or giving keys to friends to enter. We have a cleaning service come in once a month.
