About the place: three story apartment building with this apartment on 3rd floor. It's 3 minute walk to the J/M trains at Myrtle-Broadway, 5 minute walk to Kim's market and other convenience stores, about 7 minute walk to local laundromat, 10 minute walk to a supermarket. The layout is rather spacious and you will have access to a shared living area, bathroom that is shared with 1 other person, and a kitchen. There is additional pantry storage for your food items and storage for cookware and utensils.
About the bedroom: Can fit up to a queen sized bed with one or two additional dressers. The photos featured are the room unfurnished and furnished but the room comes unfurnished. Also has a small area in front of room that can be used for storage. You will also have access to the living area, kitchen and bathroom. My current roommate has decided to move back home and I am looking for someone to fill the space until the end of my lease, July 31, 2021. Since this is a very short term renting period, I am not asking for a deposit.
