As my current roommate is off to Grad School in the fall, we are seeking roommate to occupy her sunlit and cozy room available in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Bedstuy starting August 1st! You will be replacing her on the lease which extends through July of 2020.

Room/Apartment: West facing, bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment. The room fits a full size bed with extra space for a dresser or wall shelves, has a closet with shelving, and gets beautiful, warm natural light. Common kitchen and living room, all fully furnished. Natural light in every room, laundromat around the corner.

Location: It is located between the Utica AC line (10 minute walk) and the Kosciuszko J Train (12 minute walk) Tree-lined street, surrounded by beautiful, historic brownstones. It is a great location that's ever growing with personable coffee shops and trendy restaurants, as well as a locally owned plant nursery up the street. Only 2 stops away on the A to Trader Joes + Target.
