Looking for a roommate in a 3 BR duplex apartment. I have the upstairs room and there are 2 bedrooms on the main level, which also has a living room, kitchen and a full bathroom. There is AC in every room with individual controls, a dishwasher, virtual doorman and laundry in the building.

The room has a nice size closet, window and sliding door to a small balcony.

The rent is $1,075 a month. Utilities and internet included.

My name is Matthew. I am a freelance photographer, nerdy anime reader, video gamer and dog lover. My schedule is flexible and rarely the same. I have a really friendly, loving 30 lb. dog (Raven), who follows me everywhere. I?m pretty relaxed about living arrangements. I like to live in a clean space. I have no problem with you bringing friends to the apartment, but prefer it on the mellower side. I?m not a smoker. I?m OK with having our individual lives, but totally open to hanging out, grabbing a drink or watching TV.
