Your Apartment:
2 Bed and 2 bathroom located close to Nostrand Ave ( AGC trains, 20 mins to Manhattan). The best thing is that you?ll be sharing with only ONE other ROOMMATE (me :)so no issues with cleaning, noise, disagreements etc!!
Your Room:
Medium sized with a large built in closet and can fit a double bed, desk & a dresser. Huge double windows so tonnes of natural light! We also have a smaller office room/ walk-in closet for storage which is hard to find in NYC!
It'll be just the two of us! The lease is for 12 months but shorter rentals are welcome for 9 months or over.
You will have all the privacy you need. The neighborhood is safe with most amenities within walking distance. The community is safe, friendly with one of the cutest cafe in the neighborhood ( Le Paris Dakkar )!
A little about me...I am 28, female and work in Midtown. Love cooking, watching movies and chilling most evenings. I am fitness junkie and The YMCA gym is 5 mins from our flat with all the amenities such as a pool, sauna)!
The ideal roommate will be responsible, fun and respectful of each other's time. Professionals preferred but students are okay too. Most importantly you are SUPER CLEAN!!!
Here are some additional details in case I forgot to mention it above :)
- Laundry is across the apt with drop-off service
- Landlord lives in the apt downstairs which is super convenient for any emergencies
- Gym/ supermarket within 5 mins walk
- Utilities are extra 80-150/ month
