Clean and Sunny room with wood floors available

I have a bright and clean room available June 1. It is unfurnished. Shared kitchen and bathroom. You will be sharing with a 25 year old professional male who spends most of his time at work from 10 am to 11 pm 6 days per week. Great location right next to the G train (Bedford-Nostrand stop). If you decide to install and use an air conditioner this summer you will have to pay extra depending on the electricity bill. I am looking for someone with a steady income, pays bills on time , is clean and respectful of shared spaces.
