While it's the smallest room, it's still a great size for the price (especially considering the rubbish market). You'd pay $675/mo + 1/3 of utilities, and only sharing the bathroom with 1 person.

We're 2 black femmes, laid back, clean, drama-free, respectful of common spaces-- and looking for the same. We both work in Midtown. We're friendly but also live our own lives (best of both worlds!)
