Sunny Large Bedroom in refurbished clean home

I live in Bed-Stuy/ Clinton Hill (close to Pratt) in a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with another girl. We're both full time employed, laid back, clean and have a pretty chilled lifestyle. We're looking to fill our third room, which is a large sunny king-size with beautiful exposed brick walls. Looking for someone who's clean, friendly and prefers a mellow lifestyle during the week. We all do our own stuff during the week, but also enjoy having a small chat occasionally.

Also pet-friendly so would be happy to consider someone with a dog! We have a refurbished kitchen, a washer-dryer in the apartment and you'd only be sharing the bathroom with one person! Looking for someone to take over the lease Mid-May or June with an option to renew in September.
