I?m renting out my room available from 6/1 until 10/1 with the option to renew. I just got a job out of town and need to move. I can sell some of my furniture for a low price if needed.

Location:
5 minute walk to the JZ train off the gates stop. Near a Foodtown, and Walgreens. Close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.

The room:
Large closet, the bed in the picture is a queen, window.

The apartment
It?s the middle floor of a 3 unit walk up. Very large apartment for the price. The living room is furnished.

The roommates:
You?d be living with Jack and Mike. Both are students in their early 20?s and are chill guys that are down to hang out or give you your space. One is pursuing acting and works on the side and the other likes to play soccer, just hang out and is... a phenomenal chess player!

As far as pets, I have a cat, and you could most likely have a small pet but with landlord and roommate approval. You would be taking over my lease so you would need to qualify or get a co-signer.
