I am a licensed broker offering a small but cozy room with a window no closet. This is a private room for a single person or student, interfaith medical residents, or young professional. The apartment shared with 3 other females. Two of the females are professionals on the opposite side of the apartment and one college student. The bills are equally split at around $30-$40 each per month. Acceptable requirements are letter of employment with salary on company letterhead, guarantor, pay stubs, w2 forms, photo I. d, and first month rent, security and one month broker fee.
