Looking for someone to sublet the third bedroom in our Bed Stuy apartment. $900/month+utilities. August 1st move in.

The building is a recently renovated walk-up located in the Stuyvesant Heights neighborhood in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. Just a few blocks away from the Ralph Av (A, C) and Halsey St (J) - 30 minutes into the city. The building has a virtual doorman, washer/dryer in the basement and an accessible outdoor roof.

The apartment itself is a spacious 3bd 1bath. It's on the first floor and we have access to a private backyard! Each room has a closet, windows and can fit a full bed with room for additional small furniture. Central heating/air. There will be a little sausage dog living with us. He's nice, small and quiet.

Ideal roommate would be someone who is down to earth, clean, picks up after themselves and doesn't mind dogs. We're pretty chill- mid20s, work part-time, grad school full-time and are looking for someone with a similar schedule.
