Hi! Only girls, sorry. This is one of four rooms. You?ll be living with 3 other girls (fun and down to earth :)) The house is only one block away from the Gates ave JZ train station. Grocery stores, post office and bus stops all within 2 blocks. The room is fully furnished with a full size bed, desk & chair. If you?d like to have some of the furniture I got we can talk about it!. Hardwood floors, recently renovated. Dishwasher and all kitchen supplies. Laundry room in the basement! Heat and hot water and monthly cleaning are included. You?ll need $1600 to move in, that?s first month and deposit.
I?m moving to a different city and so I?m looking for someone to take my part of the lease which will be done by October 1st and you?ll start a new one then.

Proof of income/guarantor is needed.
