There is an elevator that goes directly into the apartment (penthouse style). The apartment is walking distance from the G and a few blocks to the A/C. We've also got a fair amount of buses that can take you up and across Brooklyn! Must be LGBT friendly.

This is 1 bedroom in a 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom. Income should be 40x rent, GUARANTORS WELCOME! Move in Aug. 1st.
