Master BR w/ Private Bathroom in 3 BR

I'm moving out of my apartment to the west coast.
Seeking a new roommate to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd floor walk up. New
roommate would have the master bedroom with private bathroom and big ass closet. The lease is for 5 months (until March 2020). Apartment is located near the J, A/C and L trains. Street parking and driveway are also available.

Security $833.33 and first month rent $833.33. Utilities are not included, but typically run about $60+ per person in the winter and summer. Also, as agreed with the roommates the person with the master bedroom pays for the internet bill which runs about $88 a month. Cats and dogs are allowed with an additional $250 deposit.

I'm selling my furniture as well, 150 for the dresser, 100 for the Mini Fridge and 75 for the bed frame.

Landlord ask that you MUST good credit. Guarantors are welcome. There's also an application fee of $75 for a background and credit check.

One roommate works at a debt collection company in the Financial District she has two kittens that are in mostly confined to her room. Your other roommate works at a hospital as a manager. Both POC women.

They are seeking an open-minded, LGBTQ friendly roommate preferably ages 23-35.
