I am a licensed broker offering a room for a mature renter in the Bedford Stuyvesant area. The apartment will be shared with one male and one female. The apartment is very well kept and clean at all times. The room offered is the room off to itself, no window but central air system within the room and a walk in closet. The utilities are shared at $40 per month and the roommates are mature and professional and pretty much keep to themselves. One month rent, security and half month broker fee required to move in with pay stubs, application fee for credit report, photo id, and guarantors are also accepted. Looking for October 1st move in.
