2 Rooms in Bed Stuy - New Building, Central AC

My roommate and I are looking to fill two empty rooms in our apartment in Bed Stuy. There are 1.5 bathrooms, central air/heat and a dishwasher. The building has a laundry room and a nicely finished rooftop open to all. There is a supermarket across the street, as well as numerous corner stores all over the neighborhood.

As for transportation, the C train is a 10 minute walk, 15 minutes for the G, and 20 minutes for the A or G trains. The B52 bus in Brooklyn also has a stop right across the street.

A little more about us; I'm a freelance video editor and my roommate is an artist/musician. We're both extremely chill. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Please note that we are looking for someone to sign the lease with us; subletting is not our preference. Anyone signing the lease has to apply to the management company;. They ask for proof of income and run a credit check; they do accept guarantors. My roommate and I do not have any say as to who will get approved, we're just showing the rooms.
