Cozy room in great neighborhood

I am a laid back female currently looking for another female *THAT IS SERIOUS* in renting a bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment in Bed Stuy-BK. I currently occupy the second bedroom along with my 4lb dog. The room will be lightly furnished with a white 4 draw dresser (not shown in the pictures), a clothes rack and a full size bed.

Fun facts about the area:
-4 minute walk to the A/express and C/local train station
-20 minutes from down town Manhattan
-10 minutes from Barclay center
-Local bars and restaurants include Peaches, Besos, Mama Fox, Casablanca, Saraghina and many more

Financial responsibilities include:
-$900 deposit (one time fee due upon agreement of renting)
-$900 monthly for rent, due the 1st of each month as of December 1 (6-12month contract)
-$40/month wifi as of Jan 1
-approx. $10/month for gas as of Jan 1
-approx. $25+/month for electricity as of Jan 1

Renter MUST be *SERIOUS* about renting; MUST be clean; MUST have stable job and provide at least 2 months pay stub; MUST be able to pay rent and all other bills on time
