Cozy room in a charming apartment with private roo

I'm going to Costa Rica for 3 months to get a break from the city and looking for a kind and good human to sublet my room while I'm away!

Our place is a charming two bedroom apartment (1 bath) with a cozy, spacious living space, a fairly new kitchen, and with a just as big private outdoor roof deck, in the Bedstuy neighborhood right across the street from the Bedford-Nostrand G stop. The place is a unique little cove in Brooklyn, as most that come over enjoy the homey place very much. Close to all other parts of Brooklyn ? whether by train, bus or bike ? easy parking on the street and an easy commute to the city!

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a full sized bed, a dresser, shelves, a closet and has a window. There are also quite a few plants that I hope you can take care of for me.

Each room has a remote-controlled wall A/C unit. In the winter months utilities (electricity, internet, gas) run average of $150 depending on heat usage, in April will be less than $100. There is a TV with chromecast in the living room. There is a laundromat around the corner. Quite a few coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Marc will be your roomate. His bedroom is on the other side of the apartment near the kitchen. He hails from D. C., works as a nurse in the ICU unit at a hospital in the city, super nice guy, very chill, loves photography, travel and also loves to cook! (and to share his creations.) He's a great roomate to have and the apartment is treated very much like a home. Very quiet and cozy.

We're looking for someone chill and responsible to take over my room who will treat my room and our home like it's theirs.

I'm a 35/F graphic designer who is going on a 3-month travel trip. I love my room and our place so much, and I'm sure you will too!

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Renter will need to sign a sublease. Half the rent deposit. Me and Marc can both show you the space when we are available through out the month of December.

Currently all of my stuff is in the room, and I will empty it before I leave the city on January 9th. Its possible to arrange to have the room available by January 5th/6th if need be. Happy to discuss.
