Full sized bedroom in Bedstuy/Bushwick

I'm moving out and looking for someone's clean and respectful to sublease this bedroom in a great apartment in Bedstuy/Bushwick (google "Stuyshwick") until July 31st 2020 with an option to extend the lease with other roommates. It's only 5 minutes to Kosciuszko Station and 7 minutes to Myrtle-Broadway Station (JMZ). 20 minutes to Lower East Side and 30 minutes to midtown.

The room: 12.1ft x 7.75ft. UNFURNISHED. Decent closet space.

The apartment: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a great, up-and-coming neighborhood. Large living room and kitchen. A variety of bars and restaurants around.

The roommates: I'm a female with two male roommates all in early 30s. Working professionals in education and marketing fields. We're looking for someone with stable income and good credit score.

Move-in requirement: first month's rent + last month's rent + one-month security deposit (total of $2,400). Will need to go through application and credit check from landlord.
