Recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment
Bedroom sizes are medium (13'7" x 8'0") and large (8'7" x 15'10")
I will be taking the smallest room and am seeking roommates for the medium and large rooms
3 minute walk from the Nostrand Ave A/C
Full service laundry is across the street
Close proximity to Wholesome Foods Market grocery store and physical fitness centers (e. g., Blink Fitness, Planet Fitness)
Heat and hot water included
One roommate required to obtain rental insurance at ~$12/mo. (cost to be split across 3 roommates)
Viewings to be scheduled for Wednesday Jan. 15, Thursday Jan. 16 and Saturday Jan. 18

First, security and individual portion of broker's fee due at lease signing. The total amount due for each room is:
