Cozy room with window and queen bed

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath apt. The room is decent size and comes with a queen size bed and small closet along with some small end table and a chair if you want them. I am a working professional, usually my days at work start at 8am and end around 4pm. My roommate Shay is a professor at a university in BK and her schedule is a bit more flexible. We seek a nice, calm, clean roomie to join us for a few months or longer. The kitchen is well outfitted. There is laundry in the basement. Ideal roommate is someone that has a steady job or is busy with school. The apt is comfortable to relax in when there is free time. We are easy to get along with and just expect that you do your part to make the it a nice place to live, clean up after yourself in the kitchen and pitch in with the bathroom cleaning.
