I am looking to sublet a private bedroom, private livingroom, and private bathroom for a minimum of 3 months starting March 1st in a very large townhouse in Bed-Stuy.
Everything is fully furnished including a large 65 inch TV in the living room and a 55 inch TV in the bedroom. The bedroom has a full sized custom closet as well as a king sized bed. The home features a backyard with grill, renovated kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There is also parking outside as this house is located on a nice cul-de-sac right by the Kingston-Throop C train stop.
You have two wonderful roommates that enjoy cooking and are a blast to be around. This is not a party house. We are looking for a responsible adult who will fit in. No smoking and no pets allowed as there are already two sweet cats who reside here.
