The Stuyvesant Heights House consists of eight units spread across the four floors of living space within this classic Brooklyn row house. Multiple subway stations and bus stops are within walking distance, making it a great base from which to commute into Manhattan or explore the rest of Brooklyn.

LOCATION
This coliving house is located in the historic Stuyvesant Heights neighborhood, filled with historic Brooklyn brownstones along tree-lined streets, and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The closest subway station is Utica Ave., served by the A and C trains and just a 11-minute walk away, followed by the Kosciuszko Street Station, served by the J train and just a 12-minute walk away. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood.

You can reach the exciting Lower East Side neighborhood in less than half an hour, as well as Lower Manhattan in 30 minutes and Midtown Manhattan in 40 minutes.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there’s no need to even bring a pillow. There are eight individual units in the Stuyvesant Heights House, each with four or five bedrooms. This house consists of private rooms only, so you can relax away from the busyness of city life.
