Furnished room with private bathroom

I?m looking for someone to take my room. It?s a big room, furnished with a queen bed and a table (I?m also looking to sell my dresser and side tables so let me know if you?re interested). It has a private bathroom.
The room has bay windows with lots of natural light. It has a double closet and additional storage.
The building has been recently renovated so everything is new. It has a backyard laundry in the building, cleaning service payed for by landlord and is only a 5 minute walk to the closest train station.
The roommates are all busy women who mostly keep to themselves but are always nice and welcoming and easygoing. The apartment is very quiet.
Utilities are around $50 a month plus $17 internet.
There?s a dishwasher in the kitchen and it?s a first floor unit.
