Multiple Rooms Available in Bed-Stuy Apartment!

For various reasons my roommates are moving out and I have rooms to rent. The apartment is 5 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, on the second floor, and comes with in-building laundry and rooftop access. The location (Halsey St. b/w Tompkins and Throop Aves.) has many restaurants and nightlife options within a 10-minute walk, is walking distance from a large supermarket, and there?s a park on the corner. There?s also easy access to public transit; you can get the C at Kingston-Throop Aves. (5 min.) and the A and C at Nostrand Ave. (about 8 minutes). The B26 and B43 busses also stop half a block away. The commute to Columbus Circle is about 45 minutes. If you have a car, parking is pretty easy; I can count on one hand the number of times in the past year I?ve had to park more than a block and a half away. Utilities (electric, gas, and internet) average about $75/mo. per person.

A little bit about me: I?m a 30-year-old man that works as a paralegal (though due to COVID I?m working from home these days). I like to cook, surf, and longboard, and I?m big into music (mostly rock, but I listen to a little of everything). I?m an easy-going guy, and the only real expectations I have of my roommates are that they pay their bills on time, communicate openly and honestly, pitch in around the place, and are respectful of other people?s schedules.

I have 2 rooms available for $825/mo., one room for $875/mo., and another for $890/mo. The rooms are available starting 8/1/2020, but depending on which room you opt for, it may be possible to move in earlier. If the ad shows a room for $1, that's my room; they made me put something in there before I could go to the next page.
